I've just upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 8.1, and I updated the Hotkey software along with it. Now though, the option to disable wifi and bluetooth (I have an Intel 7260 AC) are gone from the hotkey options. I can't disable my Bluetooth or Wifi with hotkeys anymore (actually I can't even disable my Bluetooth at all now). I updated the Intel Wireless Driver to the Windows 8 version, and my wifi does work...but for some reason I can no longer disable it with Hotkeys.

Any ideas as to why this is happening?

What Sager do you have? I have no problems using my hotkeys on my system with Windows 8 or 8.1

I have an NP9150, forgot to mention that.

I just reverted back to it, and still the same issue. :(

Oh boy. Umm, what clevo is a NP9150? XD. You may wish to go find Clevo's drivers and try using that. I did so for my machine once and it worked better until Mythlogic added driver downloads for me.

It's the same model as the P150EM.

try uninstalling the wireless/bluetooth driver and the adapter itself, then re-install and see if that fixes it.

I'm not sure what wifi card you have, but for Intel I think everything (the wifi and Bluetooth), is bundled into one program. Where's this other adapter, or what's it called exactly? Sorry :p

jaybee83 may mean physically uninstalling it then putting it back in.

    what hutsady said :D

and yes, in your case the wifi adapter is also responsible for the bluetooth functionality :)

but aside from the software there is also a hardware component! just like with ur graphics you need to take care of the drivers but you also have the physical graphics card in your system that uses the software drivers in order to produce the image on your screen.

same with the wifi and bluetooth. you have the physical adapter/card/chip with antennas that puts the wifi and bluetooth functionality into your laptop and you also have the software side with the drivers ;)

Well it seems doing Fn + F11 still turns off the wifi, even though it doesn't show up in the Hotkey software. Is there a hotkey to disable Bluetooth? I have it disabled in the Windows 8.1 settings, but the blue light is still on, on the laptop. :(

Well I did Fn + F12 and it says my Bluetooth is off. But, the light is still on...I don't really care if it's on, as long as the Bluetooth isn't actually on and killing my battery (I never use it). My phone can't find it so I assume that means it's off...?

not necessarily...in order for ur machine to be found by other devices u actually have to switch on visibility. doesnt mean bt is switched off though :p
