    Do you have a D901, D900C, D900F, NP9262, NP9280, NP9285 etc

If you are experiencing low volumes since purchase is there a quick well as quick as u can disseble the laptop. You cut off the Plastic Case Frame Grid off the Speaker Covres leave the Speaker mesh or the speakers will be totally exposed. When u do the mod you will notice a large area of the speakers are covered by the frame grid causing lots of lost audio and improper Acoustics in some cases. as well if your speakers sound kinda off check ur speakers for any bit of metal stuck to them I have had to remove small bits of metal that worked theyre way in from the Latch holes for the lcd in the front to the speakers somehow causing distortion in the speakers. the size of the metal was a very very small shaving and caused heavy distortion.

Could work on other sager models I am goining to take a look at the NP7280-85 X7200 model next to see if there is any speaker mods that will work for that as well
