This morning when I woke up I went to turn on my computer. It sounded like it was starting up and running, but there was nothing on the screen. Ive went all through the user manual, none of the keyboard buttons make anything work and none of the functn keys + F7, etc. helped either. Its like its foze up. Ive had it for only about a month and haven't had any problems other than this, then bam it hits. Ive called Sager left a message and haven't got to talk to anyone about it yet. This is so annoying since I am at college and need the computer and im really upset that something like this would happen. When I just got a new computer I paid a good amount of money for, any suggestions?

If you can connect an external monitor to your NP5760 you can see if the image shows up on it. If it does, you probably have blown the backlight. If it doesn't, you may have a video card, motherboard or CPU issue.

Can you go to the Sager website and fill out the Support form? You may get a quicker response that way.

Did you buy it directly from Sager? If not, I would contact your dealer's tech support.
