    Hello,

I've had my 9170 since May, that being said and out of the way.

Recently if the laptop gets moved or is sitting at an angel that makes the frame bend ever so slighlty I get a message from the Intel SRT saying SATA PORT 0 Removed, Raid Array Failure.

Obviously I have to turn the computer off at this point. While booting back up, sometimes the Bios see's port 0, sometimes it doesn't.
    It's really annoying.... :(

I've repositioned the hdd on port 0 100 times, and even went as far as removing the cd-rom above it. It's firmly pressed against the port with all 6 screws holding it in place. I don't get what's going on here...

If it comes down to turning this thing in for repairs to Sager. How might I describe the problem for what I'm turning it in for?

Any help from re-sellers / more technically knowledgeable folks would be great.
    Thanks.
