Hi, I got my sager nP2090 just a week ago, and it has already stopped turning on. It came pre-installed with 64 bit, but i installed 32 bit. Its 2.2Ghz, 2GB, 120GB HD, and the 8600GT.

What happens when I turn on the computer is that it makes a small noise, and then I get a white screen with bands of color going down across the screen. As time progresses, the bands increase, and then after a while the screen disappears and all I have is totally blank, black screen.

I talked to a Sager rep this morning, and he says he does not know what is going on, but he blames the video card and told me to send my laptop in (which is a pain since im in college). Under the rep's instructions, I tried taking out the battery and turning it on with just the AC plugged, but that didnt help.

What is going on here? Can I fix it?

    Thx in advance
