I would recommend you talk to the Administrators of this forum to get Reseller status, instead of your current Newbie status. That way those who browse this forum will know that your offer is legit.
-
i would recommend doing as suggested, it would be the best way for people to know you are legit, and not a scammer.
-
I don't think he's from Sager but a reseller/dealer, I googled the phone number,
Hrrmmm.....? -
i called the number and got the micro express recording...maybe it is the "customer" he is talking about?
edit: they look to be a reseller...so i dunno -

They don't have too horrible of a rating. Any reseller would qualify for the special membergroup on NBR though, right? -
Only a 4.58 / 10.00 lifetime, and that is with 6 reviews. . .
-
Well, I was being a little generous, considering this is their thread (we think).
-
a little generous? cmon..lol
4.58 lifetime is horrible, and we all know it. -
No, it's not horrible, it's just not up to the standards that we expect from small resellers. It's right on par with many large companies. (Though to get that score with only 6 review is pretty bad.)
-
with six reviews, it isnt exactly screaming that its a large company. so if it is a small company, id say its horrible.
and of those six reviews, only one is from this year. everything else is from 2000-2004. -
:EDIT: Read the last posts :EDIT:
I do not know who this Sager username is exactly... because they are not Sager
The real Sager company as a username: Sager Managment -
there should be an E there? or they use it how you have it?
-
yes... this conversation came and past.
the name was too long, so they seem to have made that compromise. -
conspiracy! ...i guess its good to know
-
I have already contacted the NBR via the Contact US link, requesting that they help verify this account is indeed an official Sager account.
We decided to creat a new account as the name for the first account was too long.
The buyback request is from one of our accounts “Micro Express” who deals in both retail and special interest, in this case one of their accounts is requesting NP5690 that has been phased out few years ago. -
ahhh... i see.
Welcome back Sager.
Hope you stick around longer.
-
We do monitor the forums closely, and take all suggestions into high priority considerations. As well as any complains or issues that needs to be addressed, it will all be reviewed and forwarded to our resellers to get the words around. And the issues taken care of.
Thanks, -
I second that. I always like seeing sellers/resellers post in the forums.
aside from that, it looks like i was right in my second post.
