    Hi Guys!

Really interested in this notebook and with the aussie dollar hammering the USD at the moment I wanna cash in on this. Do you any company/dealer/person who will ship to australia? I've even tried Ebay no joy as yet.

Definitely XoticPC & Sager. If you could find a local reseller (such as the one above) that has the same pricing as Xotic + taxes it will be great.

ITC sells and distributes Clevo notebooks in Australia under the brand MetaBox.

Pioneer resells sager/clevo made laptops basically, I havent bought anything from them or seen any reviews myself (although i imagine the build etc is just straight from sager/clevo).

But i looked at the price, then looked at xotic/sagers sites, and remembered why it is i never buy pc's inside of australia, its a joke how expensive they are.

I do however recommend www.pccasegear.com.au, if you need any parts of accessories (not laptops themselves), out of all the australian pc sites I know its the only one ive ever seen come close to US prices, and including shipping from the cheaper US places, it actually is cheaper sometimes, also GREAT service, and ive never had delivery longer then 2 days.

But yeah, with laptops, aside from dell, everything in australia is WAY too expensive.

I havent checked this but im pretty sure if you buy a pc fcrom alienware US, and an identical one from alienware AUS, with shipping and everything, the US will be signifigantly cheaper still.

    /rant :p

Not always, when I purchased my M570U (Sager 5760 Equivalent) from p4laptops.com.au approx a year ago it was nearly the same price verses importing one from the US. But with the US dollar as it is now, probably better to get one from the USA.

I can see what you are saying Sephiroth, I think we get a bad deal on notebooks compared to the states!

Had a reply back from Justin at XoticPC and Brian at Sager $223 & $275 US to ship to Aus. Isn't that a little expensive?

It is, but I don't see how you can get a cheaper price for shipping.
