    if i get a Sager NP5791 with 8700m gt i change it the 8800m gt later?

    If you get the notebook now with the new motherboard and 8700M GT, then upgrading to a 8800M GTX later is perfectly fine.

    If you have/get a previous 5790/5791... then you can still upgrade... however there is a minor S3 issue with the Standby/Suspend... but other than that it functions fine.

    No one really uses suspend/standby/sleep much anymore. Its easier to just Shutdown or Hibernate... which fully powers down the system.
