did not know what to expect didn't know anything about Sager brand
never hear of them before and i was so confused on what to get
it was between the Sager NP5791 or the Asus G1S-A1
back and forth i was until finally i made the leap and order this laptop
when i first got it i was like oh sweet here it is :)

now lets see this bad boy :D

so i opened it up and took it out, my first thought was oh nice
opened the display no flex well built beautiful with the carbon fiber
and the orange trim went nice together with the slick black look
as for the orange trim nice job looks good i think no bad paint job there

so then its time to fire this bad boy up, i set it up and turned it on
oh the display look bright and beautiful no fading good colors no leakage

I've thought about getting me one of those as well.
But then I decided it still had to at least APPEAR to be mobile :p
+ I sadly enough don't have enough time to game so much it'd be worth the extra € :)

For me I have a smaller laptop for work so I can go mobile whenever I want. I don't know how mobile this laptop will be either, but I want a gaming laptop, such as this one so when I go over friends houses or go to LAN parties I don't have to drag a desktop and monitor and all that stuff.

Zfactor, the big reason I can justify spending so much on a laptop is the simple fact that this laptop will be good for 3-5 years. I mean think about it, you get a quad core, the 4GB of RAM, you have 3 HDD bays to upgrade space, and you have 2 Video card slots that you can change out video cards. This truly is a desktop replacement laptop that is easily upgradeable.

Aren't you glad you went with the Sager? :) The Asus simply doesn't compare in my opinion, it feels/looks lower-end in comparison. Asus has lost their appeal in my opinion - they used to make much nicer machines. The G1S is still a great gaming laptop don't get me wrong, but there are better out there.
The G2S is the machine that is actually comparable to the NP5791 but it's similar to the G1S.

The 5791 is a sweet machine and my first choice. Since my computer is work related I'm receiving funding from my employer :D. It would be a tough sell to my wife to purchase a 9261 out of my own pocket... a real tough sell.

If it wasn't for work I'd be just as excited waiting for a 5791 instead -- with T7500, WUXGA, 8700GT, 4GB RAM, and 200GB SATA-II drive -- man that's sweet. I dig the orange trim too.
