    Hello All!

I just recently purchased a Sager NP5855 (Clevo N855HJ). It's a great laptop and everything looks in great shape.

I installed W10 Pro and first installed all the drivers Sager/Clevo provided on their website. Everything ran smooth but in games (specifically WoW), after 30 mins or so, the game would completely freeze up and i could hear this buzzing and the only way to reset it is to completely shut it down or take out the battery. I tried again and had HWMonitor running and saw that throughout the gaming process, before the lock up, the temps would hit 70 on the cpu and 72 on the gpu which I hear is quite normal.

After a day or so of consistent issues, I reinstalled W10 and used Intel, Microsoft, Realtek, Nvidia's drivers instead of the ones Sager provided. At first it seem fine, but it started happening again. I also tried disabling the onboard Intel driver as some have suggested and some other tweaks but none has resolved this problem.

This is the first Sager I had and my prior custom gaming laptop with the 860M inside of it, never had this problem.

    Thanks for any insight!

Very likely a broken driver. Now in your case it's hard to find out which one it is. Try to install all drivers from clevo direcly.

    Hi there @vekspec

Can you enlighten us on what BIOS version your laptop is running? (You can find it by restarting the computer, then hold F2 to boot into the BIOS setup utility.)
