Unless this is something I can fix in the next few hours I will have to return/exchange it in the next few days. The OS/drivers are pre installed by XoticPC and there is no evidence of damage to the box so I believe it is an error on their part. How would a computer that cannot boot pass the testing phase?
If there is a simple fix for this please tell me, otherwise I'll have to get an RMA from Xotic and send it back. Thanks for any help.

Looks like that could a boot error as it cant anything to boot from. Check the BIOS to see what the boot order is and set the hard drive to the first device. Does the BIOS see the hard drive you have installed? If not try removing it and reseating it.

The boot order is TSSTcorp CDDVD ATAPI and then Realtek PXE BO4 DOO. That's it, there are no other options and the same error comes up regardless of how they are prioritized. The only SATA port present according to Aptio Setup Utility is SATA Port 2 with the TSSTcorp CDDVD ATAPI.
How would I go about removing and reseating the hard drive? I don't have access to anything as far as I can tell beyond the Aptio setup utility.
Sager NP6165 Error PXE-E61: Media test failure, check cable: Return or is there an easy fix?
