    Hi, I'm Dan!
I was looking around Sager laptop models, when I decided to compare the Sager NP6659 (Clevo W650SC) and the Sager NP7155 (Clevo N155SD).

Then, I noticed something interesting. It costs significantly more ($100) to add the exact same Micron 128GB M600 mSATA SSD on the Sager NP6659, than on the Sager NP7155 ($50). Now, assuming I can't add my own mSATA SSD (just pretend for now), this brings the prices of the two to about the same, $1020 vs. $1070, respectively.

I am well aware that one houses the GTX 960M, and the other the 950M, and I am aware of the performance differences between the two GPUs, so I request that this isn't a comparing point between the computers. I am also aware that the NP7155 will come with a free copy of the Witcher 3; however, as I have chosen to focus on my studies rather than gaming, I will not be playing the Witcher 3, and will try to sell it (bringing the actual paid cost of the two computers even closer). If it suits you, ignore that the two even have a price difference, and say they cost the same.

My question regards structural integrity, and actual laptop build (not components or performance). For those who have had experience with either of the two Clevo models, does one feel more flimsy than the other? Does one feel more high quality? One has more or less ports? Even if you have only used one of the two, I am interested in what you experienced.

    Thanks for all your help!

Sager is currently running a "Fresh Savings This Spring" sale which has discounts on select drives on select models, that is why you see the price difference.
