Hey guys, new to this forum. I just bought a NP7256 yesterday, and it has been processed, but i can't find any information as to how long it will take to arrive.

I've noticed a lot of people here bought their sagers through XoticPC, but there's so many problems i've read about their support that i didn't risk it and bought the laptop directly from sagernotebook.com

    Can anyone give me either
    a) More information
    b) Their personal experience

    Thanks!

Congrats on your new system. I hope you do enjoy it once it arrives. You should be able to contact Sager on their estimated build time, but I don't think there are any delays on that model though.

I'm sorry to see that we weren't quite what you were looking for. While there have been issues in the past, we have made a good amount of internal changes lately to increase response time with our internal tickets, and help customers faster in all aspects. We work with Sager for warranty repairs, give an option for extra tech support, maybe give some extra discounts or promos on the purchase, and basically can give some extra help for nothing extra more than what Sager charges on their models. If anybody here ever has questions, I'm more than willing to help out here, as well as the normal ways to contact us.
