Is the sound card quality good? Should I get a USB headset and not an audio and microphone connecting headset? Also, I heard there is like a Digital Audio port, what does this do?

The sound is decent, not audiophile quality, but it drives headphones. It can also output to 5.1 or 7.1 systems if you happen to have them (the 3.5mm jack style). The S/PDIF port is commonly known as digital optical audio. It's pretty useful if you want to output sound via an optical audio cable to say, a home theater system. It's arguably higher quality than the HDMI audio can be.

It's pretty good for a laptop. Don't expect the same quality you get though regular speakers, but the sound from my 8150 is better than nearly all laptop speakers I've heard. It also comes with THX tools for some high-level speaker tuning.

I don't think it would matter much. The 8150 has 4 USB slots (2 USB 2.0, 2 USB 3.0) and has a dedicated speaker and headphone jack (including what the manual calls a "S/PDIF-Out & Surround-Out Combo Jack," whatever that is, and a Line-in jack). It depends whether you want the internal stereo card (which is quite nice) or the usb headset to manage the sound.

I'm not sure about this one, sorry.

I have standard Dell speakers so the quality on them isn't so nice haha.
I was asking if the internal sound card was worth using, instead of a USB headset's soundcard (it's probably wouldn't be like G35, or the best headset ever).

Not sure if there is a difference but my p170hm has awesome speakers. I was surprised enough to return a $100 pair of headphones I had purchased. Don't think they are for one sec though better than the headphones but for a $100 savings the speakers will do nicely.

i believe that the p170 has got extra speakers (including a subwoofer), so may not be comparable to the p150/151.

The p150hm also has a (small) subwoofer. I'm sure the p151hm has one also, since they're very similar models.

I don't think it's as much a "subwoofer" as a "speaker that points down."

I usually don't use speakers, only if my friends are over and we are watching skatebaord fails on youtube. I game until real late, and I don't want to disturb the people around me (parents room is right by). But, when I get an apartment or a dorm, (college in a couple of years) totally going to rock a speaker system :D

    Edit:
plus where I'm going to put it, the speakers wont really be effective. (not going to explain yet, but it's for my new, awesome setup :p)
