Looks good, most would suggest the Bigfoot killer networks wifi over stock as well

I would suggest an upgrade on the Wireless network card. I use the Intel 6200 series card myself and I saw a boost of 15-20% in my signal strength just from that change. An ssd is always great if you can handle the upgrade cost (along with a secondary storage drive), but that hybrid you have selected is a good alternative if you want to keep the costs down. Otherwise, that's a solid build you have setup there.

So switch to the Intel 6230, gotcha! As for the ssd, I plan on waiting and purchasing one later when the prices drop. The one option that I am questioning is the Redline Boost for the operating system. I am quit capable of disabling non-critical windows services myself however, I am not a computer genius and do not get paid to work on computers for a living. So my questions are:

How great is the performance boost from this?

Is there a special method that xoticpc has for increasing the operating system performance besides disabling non-critical services?
