So I had a problem that is pretty much the same I had with my previous issue, even trying to troubleshoot it from my other thread:
    http://forum.notebookreview.com/thr...ring-gaming-issue.800231/page-2#post-10432218

So I RMA my laptop, it came back, and it was working all well. Playing Deus Ex Mankind Divided with ease. Then 2 weeks later it has returned. The game crashes frequently at the main menu, hardly any heat build up. I never overclock my GPU despite that the issue states it is DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_Reset. I tried to play overwatch and it had an issue as well saying "System out of Memory" or something like that. Difference is, with overwatch I have to open the application twice or three times so I can play the game with no problems. DOTA 2 seems unaffected...for now.

So I never opened my laptop, I never overclock my GPU, I haven't changed anything with my device, I already RMA my laptop. I wondered what in the world is going on with my Laptop. I started thinking hard on the day that issue happened and I realized something. My brother disconnected my Laptop's AC adapter during my game time...from there it crashed when I plugged it back in.

So I started up deus ex mankind divided unplugged on my laptop..and its running fine....lower FPS but its running with no issues....I played for a while and then I plugged my AC back onto my Laptop and 30 seconds later it crashed with the DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_RESET.

Can anyone explain why this happens? I'm starting to think this is a power issue.

NOTE: My PC Specs is on my Signature

    SOLUTION FOUND:
I Discovered the source of the problem. I thought to myself, what software uses anything on my GPU beside nvidia? then I thought of Sager's Control Center. I uninstalled it. restarted my PC. Started up Deus Ex again and now it runs well. Which now leaves me with another problem. I can finally run my games easily, but now I removed my ability to turn off my keyboard lights on and off. Is there some alternative solution for this?

@Mikle39 had the same issue with his laptop

He tried increasing the virtual memory but that didn't help.

I think this is an OS related issue more than anything and/or DirectX problem if the correct versions weren't installed with those respective games

I also discovered this when my Laptop's AC adapter was disconnected during gaming sessions. That is when it started happening.

I thought I did, but as mentioned on my first post above. It was Sager's Control Center. I repeated this problem again without the Control Center installed. The problem never came back. :)

    oh you have that cancer

can you grab a version without the XTU functionality?

you need to clean install XTU, reset bios, and pull bios battery to clear nvram after XTU make a mess on your clevo machines

I figured it out by leaving the Control Center inactive unless I want to do changes. Unfortunately, there isn't a custom installation and anything less than the previous versions will not work at all. I'll manage like this.
