Hi, I have a Sager NP8651, and I never did anything to overclock it or anything but today I realized in task manager that my CPU is running at 3.3 ~ 3.4 GHz all the time, but in some forums they said that it was a Windows 8.1 bug with the turbo boost or something, so I downloaded CPU-Z, and the same speeds are showed there....
So I would like to return it to stock speeds...

You technically are still running at stock speeds. The CPU can run at 2.5GHz - 3.5GHz and will adjust its clock speeds according to any programs you may be running. It should clock itself down if you are doing nothing. Just to test, reboot the computer, dont start up any programs and check what CPU-Z says its running at.
If still high you can check your minimum CPU state under advanced power settings and see if its set to 100%. Adjust accordingly.

Hey Hutsady!, nice talking to you again, I talked to you through amazon to buy my Sager, well you were right, in the power options the minimum cpu power was at 100%, so it kept turbo boosting all the time, so I changed it to 50% and the clock speed went down immediately, so thank you!
Anyways what do you think I should do, leave it at 100% or put another minimum??

    Thanks!

Great, happy to help on Amazon! Happy to hear that fixed it, you can put any minimum you'd like, even 0%. The CPU adjust its speed as needed.

    And welcome to NBR

The CPU speed isn't a problem exactly. I keep mine running 100% 24/7; it still uses very little power and generates very little heat when idle, so you can keep it clocked up or downclocked if you please.
