So my battery started not holding a charge since yesterday. I took out the battery and it looks like there is a slight bulge on the inside. The battery therefore cannot be placed back correctly into its compartment. Any idea why this happened and how to fix it? I filed a support ticket with xoticpc so hopefully i can fix this myself or get a new battery.

Whats EOL? end of life? I wonder if the heat here in the philippines has something to do with it.

Definitely the heat in OUR country would not do anything with the battery. The ambient temps here are far away from dangerous in frying a battery. It may have been a defective battery in your part, ask for a replacement.

P.S. Clevo owners in our country are starting to grow, I'm glad by that :)

the cheapest way would be through PhilPost's EMS but of course the faster and safest way would be either with FedEx or UPS which cost a lot more than EMS, around 1K Php.

If you mean a cover to cover up the slot where your battery no longer is, I'm sorry but there's no such thing.
