    I'm interesting in the sager np8690 but the really small battery turns me off. Are they seller a bigger battery for it or will I have to resort to an external?

    There is no larger battery for the W860CU. If you need more battery time, you will need to buy a second battery.

    The W860CU is not really designed for long battery life but you should expect and accept that if you buy a laptop with the power of the W860CU - it will be about the same with every laptop that has comparable components.

    You can buy a second battery but if you want to use your laptop to really carry it around all day and use it on battery alot then don't go for the W860CU or buy a netbook and the W860CU.

    IT lasts only 45-50mins. Two batteries will be about 90mins so you should get 3additional batteriess or more to make this laptop portable :) Other laptops with such a power will make it AT LEAST twice as long. SAD!
