(apologize in advance for bad english)

after a long research and being told how great Sager laptops are i decided to go ahead and get one for a Music Gig i have coming up at the end of the month.

the Laptop arrived and within 30 minutes i found out that one of the USB ports dont even work and the laptop speakers are weaker than my 5 year old phone speakers. and after an hour of light use ( downloading chrome and basic apps) i get the blue screen with a error message that Windows crashed... ok... i restart the laptop and realize hey maybe i need to get drivers maybe the website that i bought the laptop from might have it? NOPE! it has every other model except mine so i had to download a third party driver installer and pay 20 bucks for it hoping it'll solve the issue since im already behind on schedule and bought this laptop for work!

after the drivers updated and windows updated and everything was up to date i decide to on youtube and within 3 mins of booting the laptop just shuts down! no blue screen no error message just shut down like it ran out of power even tho it was charging... at that point i was very concerned and decided to run a crash analyzer and just like i feared this is the result

    " Error: WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR.

Bug check description: This bug check indicates that a fatal hardware error has occurred. This bug check uses the error data that is provided by the Windows Hardware Error Architecture (WHEA).
This is likely to be caused by a hardware problem. "

and just like i feared i know its a faulty hardware issue

this is according to them a brand new laptop
i havent done anything with it other than light use and i was gonna use it for editing and video production for a very important career gig

now i dont have anything reliable to do my important work on thats due at the end of the month when this is the reason i paid almost 2k for this notebook with fast shipping

i already emailed sager waiting on a response but most likely would be asked to send it back and wait a while so wont get anything done for the next 2 weeks

    i regret buying from Sager

Access the BIOS and check the version, it could be that they had updated to remedy certain issues present in the machine? I dont buy from Sager but only because I have different preferences from what they offer.

@Meaker@Sager might be able to expedite this whole process

    Is the CPU undervolted?

Try setting everything back to stock if you adjusted anything in the BIOS.

If 1 USB port is dead, you may have a loose connection on the mobo to the port, which may be causing intermittent errors. (Some ports can be a mobo extension card vs on board.)

Have you called on? The techs should be able to assist going through some basic trouble shooting.
