I customized my laptop online with a "wireless- Bigfoot networks Killer Wireless-N 1103 (3 antenna" but my laptop can't find it. Are there any installation guides or something I have to do?

    Thanks.

you did try Fn + F11 keys didnt you to turn it on.

the killers have had a lot of driver problems but not sure if they are sorted out now.

Did you do a fresh install of windows, or did the laptop come this way? Try installing the killer wireless driver (should be on the drivers disk you got with your laptop or on Sager's website) and see if that fixes it. If not, I'm not sure what to do.

I once had a similar issue when I did a fresh install of windows on an ssd. I didn't install the wifi driver correctly, and the computer wouldn't recognize the card correctly. Trying to reinstall didn't help, so I ended up just doing another fresh install of windows/drivers to fix it.

Installing the drivers should fix that. Does your computer see the wireless card or were you asking about the 3rd antenna. Those will be installed and wrap about the internal of the LCD bezel.
