    as of yet we dont think it will work in the HM or EM series laptops.
    as far as i know (and im no expert) i think rule of thumb is it can normally jump the next 1 or 2 releases of gpu's so either 7** or 8**

    Ok thanks for the info, is there any graphics card that will fit in it for less than $450?

    I don't believe it got support for later generations so the 7970M and 680M are the best cards.

    It would need work, they have worked in older machines of other brands but I believe Prema said the EM series and before used a slightly off standard setup.

    prema got caught testing his new EM bios with the 980M...he said he still needs to do some testing but it sounded promising for the 9xx series in the EM :) try and search for 3dmark results of EM machines with the 980M ;)
