Does anyone know how long the power adapter and cables are from the socket to the laptop? I have a stretch from my power socket to my couch and want to make sure I'm getting a laptop with a long enough cable. The NP9150 is still at the top of my list.

i guess roughly 6 or 7 metres but dont forget in the middle will be the power brick so i would just buy a extention lead all the way around the room next to your couch.

    edit:
    what a doughnut, i meant 6 or 7 feet.

The power cable is 6 feet long. The cable for AC adapter (power adapter) is another 5 feet long.

Wow, 6 meters is actually pretty long compared to what I've had in the past. Last time I got one from Dell, I felt like I got short-changed. I had only about 5 ft (between 1.5 and 2 meters). I should be fine with the 6 meter length.

Edit: Either way, that should fit my needs. 11 ft or 18 ft, either will work. :)

    Thanks!

lol oopps! i meant feet :D

as i said it would be safer to buy an extention lead for £10/$10 than have the lead and psu across the floor.
