This just started happening the last month, all the power settings are fine (including advanced). It doesn't give me a wanring or anything, just turns off like it died. When I plug it back in and restart though, it always shows it still has 90%+ left of battery life.

    Any ideas ?

I know this sounds incredibly simple, but make sure you are plugged in/getting power. There have been a few times where my laptop would shutdown on me. Once it was because a dog knocked out the power cable from the power supply and I didn't realize it, and I was playing a game that required the dgpu, and it would cause a sudden shutdown once the battery could no longer supply enough energy for the video card. Another time I was at a friend's place and the power went out, but I didn't realize it, and the laptop suddenly shut off after a few minutes because the battery could not keep up with the demand from the dgpu.

If power isn't an issue, I'm not sure what would cause it to suddenly shut off. Could be something wrong with the power supply or the plug insert on the back of the laptop.

Might need to recalibrate your battery.

If its always at 90% your Battery settings may need to be adjusted in your Advanced power options. I do see you mentioned all the power settings are right.
You can double check the Battery options, see what your Low battery level is set to as well as what the Low battery action is set to. It would be odd it is set to 90% but its the first thing that comes to mind.

It's at 10%, I'm going to try a few different things, and see what happens though.

It's none of that, This is always, the battery is charged at 100%, and as soon as I unplug it, it dies 30 seconds to 2 mins after.

    Thanks, I'll look into that.

Edit- Don't think that'll work for me, considering I pretty much do that every-time it dies. It dies 30sec-2 min after unplugging it.

    Downloaded it and running.

I did a little a while ago, but really not much at all. For the past 8 months I haven't played a thing.

Edit - Checked again, no dice. Died after 30 seconds of being unplugged.

Looks like it is with that wear level. Do you use it on battery a lot? The more you do the sooner it needs to be replaced.

gaming on battery is a killer and ive heard of a brand new battery lasting 6 months.
battery's are not designed for gaming but only general use on the move.
its defo time for a new battery.

No, I didn't use it a lot. The battery just seemed to die overnight a month ago.

I think you are looking at a battery failure and since this is sudden and not gradual. It's all the more worrysome. Replace the damn thing ASAP or you could end up with a cell runaway that can result in this Exploding Laptop 2013 (Extended Version) - YouTube

Batteries can be surprisingly delicate under the right stress, exploding batteries are caused by a lack of quality control though. I have not heard sager batteries doing this.
