    Since mine is in the production from Xoticpc. Will it be a good idea to stop now in the middle of the build. Now that the mobo that is going to come with it is not compatible with the new 8800 GTX. Should i call them up and tell them to hold on. I want to upgrade to 8800 GTX in the future. Will be a good way to call and tell them to hold on. I feel like Justin will understand. Thanks. Reason is that i don't want to have a computer that is not upgradable when the new card is out.

    yes dtechlogic its a good idea if you can do that. i did that as soon as i heard that 8800GTX was coming out since i ordered my beast a week before the GFX was announced. i got a quick email to justin to hold my order so i can upgrade my GFX, my lappy was in the 2nd phase of construction when i got that email out. i got a reply this morning regarding the GFX.

    Dear Customer,

    We are updating you on your order. We have been awaiting on graphics cards from the manufacturer that were supposed to have been hear earlier this week. Unfortunately the shipping into our plant took longer then expected and they have just arrived. We are working on integrating these graphics cards and testing systems out as soon as possible and shipping your laptop out.

    We apologize there was a slight delay and we are working in the most urgent fashion to get your order shipped out. We will be emailing your shortly when your laptop finishes testing and is shipped out.

    After learning a motherboard upgrade would be required I did the same thing as well when my NP9261 was being built. I got a quick email in 30 minutes stating i'm on the list for the 8800m.

    I would recommend just doing the upgrade now. Just have them out it on hold until the upgrade can be done. It will delay it a couple of but it would be worth the wait. I don't expect the cost to be that much more so it will save you in the long run.

    okay guys,
    I did talked to somone at xoticpc. My order has been put on hold. Until December 6 i will contact them again. I will let them know that i am going to get. Since i am going to wait. From what they told me they will have a bundle price for both of them. I hope is at least 200 or 300 more or less. Well now it is just waiting time. Dang it i have bought gears of wars already. Men i will open that game when my new lappy comes in.
