Sager NP9262 beeps every few days, and shuts down. This happens when I'm not doing anything active on computer, it's just idling with browsers, Microsoft Outlook, etc. open.

Seems to happen more in warm weather when ambient room temp is above 80F.

All fans working and vents unobstructed on hard surface.

Temps at the moment, per SpeedFan 4.38:

    GPU 50C
    Core 0 70
    Core 1 70
    Core 2 65
    Core 3 65

    Any ideas?

When was the last time you cleaned out the fans and heatsinks? I know for a fact that I have to clean mine out at the least once every other month. Especially since I run BOINC constantly. If I don't clean them out, then she starts beeping and gets pissed off at me. Turning fans on full (Function +1) helps for a bit until I finally get around to cleaning her out.

Here is how I clean my system:
    1. Remove battery and then the bottom panels covering the heatsinks.
    2. Vacuum cleaner with hose attachment sucks out all the bad stuff.
    3. Replace panels and battery.
