I've had my notebook for about a year now and the screen has gradually gotten more wobbly (for lack of a better word) on its hinges. Today I turned it on and noticed that when the screen rocks back past about a 90 degree angle, the display disappears. The LCD monitor is still on, but everything on the screen cuts off. I assume it's some sort of connection problem, but I don't know how to fix it. What steps should I take in identifying the problem and fixing it? Thanks.

the screen may have gotten loose and will need to be re-secured and making sure the connections are re-secured as well.

you can let your vendor do it for you if you are not comfortable with taking the notebook apart (mainly the LCD casing).

if you are comfortable with doing it yourself, you can find a service manual (through sites like Eurocom or theriko's rapidshare uploads).
