I've read several differing opinions on this in the past, but I only recently upgraded to a 64-bit OS, and am not sure what the "official" position is:

With Windows 7, 64-bit, can the Sager NP9262 fully handle and address 8GB of RAM using the latest Sager BIOS?

The debate I remember in the past was some claimed the 965PE chipset could only address 6.8 GB max, no matter the BIOS. However, it seems like Intel's site says it _can_ address the full 8.

No problems with 8GB, at least not on mine.

Sorry to resurrect an old thread, but I was wondering about this as well. I was also under the impression (though only from looking at various configurations, so that's not the best grounds for a hunch) that with 8GB RAM, the D901c could only support DDR2-667, but I see in your sig that you're using 8GB of DDR2-800. So the D901c can address a full 8GB AND support DDR2-800? This is fantastic, if true....
