    Hi i am slowly getting my pc set up but im trying to figure out how to update the bios. Please help me. im running windows 7 64bit. Thank you and have a blessed day.

    OK well I'm having the blue error screen and it's saying Desktop Window Manager crashed. so I looked up the blue error and it said I need to update BIOS. The Window Manager crash forum told me to troubleshoot it but the troubleshooter didn't help it.
