    With the Sager I am getting if I get a X9100 Extreme Duo I could just upgrade to the QX9300 Extreme in the future correct? Also I would have to change the ram would I? I could still keep the 6 gigs that I have correct?

    Yep, it's a very easy swapout. CPU is easier than RAM frankly.
