Hi guys
I went to xoticpc.com,
and found about 5 different types of IFL90...
They were with the same config, but had different prices.
the weirdest thing is...
that with the same config, and with the same name which I already have written as a title, the prices were different!
how could this be possible??
take a look at this just in case you haven't exactly understood me.

This is SPAM. The link is some dating service called Cyworld. Lame.

i did the 'print screen' thing
and uploaded that image to the 'cyworld' so i can show this
so it cannot be that.. -

This forum provides such a service, as does www.imageshack.us -
well i have fixed it can you see now?
-
The only difference I see is that the top configuration has no Operating System selected (the bottom one has Vista Home Premium), maybe that explains the price difference.
-
Yes, i can see it now.
That is odd.
EDIT: oh wait, one doesn't have an OS -
The top one doesn't have an OS, that's why it's cheaper.b
-
oh right i didnt see that one
sorry i was sure i added that operating system to the first one...
that was my mistake for sure!
but now ive found a new thing about this website
in there,
if you go to the 'Laptops" -> "by SCREEN SIZE" -> "15.4""
you can find -----FORCE 2090 -Built on Sager NP2090-----------
and if you click on the name ->choose Sager NP2090 - V Elite (COMPAL IFL90)
and start from there, it's less expensive than to
click on the "Customize/Buy" before you click on the name.
i know it sounds confusing with all this spaces, but please help me out here
it's not that im trying to bother you or anything
hope you understand -
i think Force is the brand that XoticPC builds under.
-
so would you go with the lower price? disregarding who's making it?
-
It's possible that one has an XoticPC warranty, while one has a Sager warranty. I don't really know. It's also possible that the starting configuration is slightly different. Whatever the difference is, I'd go with the cheapest option.
-
Thank you for your opinion. i respect that and have decided to just get this over with by ordering the cheaper one.
I admit i had made a serious mistake
however, there's no doubt that this xoticpc.com is a confusing website to newbies like me -

There are different warranties (as odin states) between the two models. One is a 3 Year Pars Labor and the Sager is a 3 Year Labor 1 Year Parts. If you have any questions you are welcome to email or PM me
