    Alright I'm interested in buying an np9261 from the marketplace but does anybody know whether or not the 3870m in crossfire work in it? Going from there does anybody know whether the 4850m crossfire would work from it? I know it's an older machine but I figure if I can get the 4850m crossfire running then it would make a pretty good backup computer :) Especially with all the hard drive space they can get

    Thanks for that info, looks to be 280m sli is the best option then. Great link in your sig covering that :)

    Non-bridged SLI since the 280M GTX MXM 2.1 cards don't have the SLI connector. Hopefully you have a cheap pair of those and the motherboard supports them...
