    Hi, so is my first time turning on the notebook and apears windows couldnt load correctly... what should i do?

    Umm... You're going have to give us a bit more information... Does it post? Does it get stuck on Windows startup? Where does it hang exactly? etc.

    You can try a startup repair if you haven't already. If you purchased Windows with the computer from your reseller, I would call them right away. Accidents happen and slip through QC, and that's part of why tech support is around.
