Sager Promotions - Autumn Savings

I'm sure many of you know, Sager currently has an Autumn Savings event going on -- $100 off + free upgrade to GTX-675M ($100 value)

My question is, how does this compare to previous promotions and what do you think their Christmas promotion could be? Debating whether I should pull the trigger now or wait for xmas.

PS: I will be using the upgrade to the 675M so am getting full value from the promotion.

The specials for the Autumn sale and free upgrade are hard to pass up. The only reason the 675M is offered free right now is because the 675MX came out so it just happen to be good timing to happen when the -$100 is going. I'd say order now, and even if Sager ran something that was better you can still feel good you got a great deal.

 

It's a great deal I think. I don't remember what their Christmas specials are like though. Call a reseller and maybe they can help

I am also curious with this one because the offer is now a great offer for those who will order but unfortunately because of my budget and situation in the family, we will buy a laptop in Christmas... so I was wondering what the Christmas or December promotion will be.... I hope it would be like a $150 discount for orders 1350 or the 675m free upgrade is available... because all I am after is the GPU upgrades and if possible the 95% matte NTSC....

 

If it was the same last year when I bought mine, there were really few changes on the promos from Nov. - December.
I do remember xoticpc though having a better deal near christmas

Ordered from Xotic on Saturday and payed yesterday. With the $100 off Autumn sale and free shipping my np9150 with 680m and 2 year warranty came out to $1743. The price seems pretty reasonable for what Im getting so I didn't feel like I needed to wait for a better deal.

Side note question for Hutsady - Are yall still doing NBR discounts? On the phone with the person who did my order she said yall no longer did it. Im not complaining since as I stated the price was good. I just wondered if it was still around.

The NBR discount we had is actually suspended at this time because of the Autumn sale, combining them was more then Sager would allow.

when will autumn savings end? because I intend on buying an NP9150 from XoticPc on December... will autumn savings still be there??

 

Sager hasnt announced an end date for that sale. One day they will tell us its over and we'll have to remove it. If i had to guess it would be over by then but maybe it will replaced by something comperable.

 

I really hope that I can get a good promo when I buy my laptop.... thanks!

 

Well when you do get it you will love it. I havent had much time to play with mine yet but can already tell its fast. I got it Tuesday and had enough time to load windows 7 Ultimate and run a few test. I ran 3d mark 06 and got 23000 stock and I ran skyrim on ultra which ran super smooth. Im hoping today to try to OC with MSI afterburner and run more test.
