Hello, i was wondering does Sager update you on a status of a repair? I sent my P750tm1-g for RMA for a bad usb 2.0 port, dead pixels, and bad fingerprint reader. My reseller was Digital Storm but they had me send it to Sager for repair. Its been over a week and zero updates and Digital Storm cant get ahold of them. Is their customer service that bad? Getting kind of worried..

We would normally work with the reseller to feed back information. Normally you could raise a ticket with the support section but if you are particularly worried you can PM me your details and I can ask.

I usually don't see them don't reach out with status updates, they only really contact if there is something that comes up that's outside the scope of the original RMA details (like you send it in for a problem with a USB port and they find that another component you didn't mention in the request also has a problem).

The repair is actually finished and it has shipped back out, it did this on Monday, I think it was just unfortunate timing on when you checked with digital storm. Each time just before our reply to them perhaps.

Update: I received my laptop yesterday in great working order! Everything was repaired as requested.
