Sager Resellers

I'm very much interested in purchasing one of the new Sager NP5790's with a 512mb GeForce 8700M GT graphics card. I have looked over various resellers websites including xoticpc, powernotebooks, and discountlaptops. My question is who do you all recommend that I purchase it from? It seems to me that they are all extremely similar in pricing with the same configurations. I was also wondering if anyone knows how long it would be until I received one of the 8700M models? Most of them say mid-august ETA.

 

There is a reseller faq if you search the forums. Power Notebooks and Xotic PC are the most well known resellers for their exemplary customer service. No one knows how long really knows how long it well take to get the laptops. There is a part shortage for LCD screens and LED screens (which is why the delay for the XPS 1330 has been so long) so when ever the manufacturers come out on their end, the major companies will get their laptops and then the resellers will get theirs.

 

The new NP5790s with the fingerprint reader and the 8700M will be arriving at Sager next week. They will be making an announcement on Monday or Tuesday about the order date through which this shipment will fill. Then you can expect to see weekly shipments coming in so the Mid-August shipping is accurate.
