We have been concerned by several recent postings from users who purchased extended warranty plans through our dealers from ATS that are not being honored due to the bankruptcy of the company. ATS is a third party service provider and is in no way related to Sager. However, we realize it can be extremely frustrating for users with non-functioning laptops, and we very much want to help those of you who have extended warranties not begin honored by ATS. Therefore, we have decided to offer a 10% discount on parts and labor for those users that can provide Sager with an ATS extended warranty that would be in effect. We hope this helps those of you affected by this unfortunate situation.

Do you mean they spelled management incorrectly?

There is quite a bit of license allowed with how people spell their USER ID. For example...I don't think you will find "Viperjts10" in the dictionary either :D

Yes, it is Sager's policy regarding ATS covered (or is it [un]covered?) laptops.

It is possible that "Sager Management" was too long of a String to use for the username. ;) So, they had to compromise.
