So I've been drooling over my NP8660 specs, while slowly earning the funds to buy the thing, and I have a question: Is $80 TV tuner from XoticPC suitable for playing console games on? I ask this because I'm going to University and I'm not lugging my 32" wide screen tube TV just so I can play Smash Bros Brawl, and I'm not spending $500 on a new set. After the NP8660, my remaining work money is going towards buying me textbooks and food.

For those with experience with the tuner, I have some other questions:
Does XoticPC's Sager TV tuner lag when displaying feed from a gaming console? Even when running the feed through DScaler?
Does the tuner support Component input? How does it look?
Would you reccomend this product over the XCM V-Box?
Does it support PAL or NTSC for analog signals? I'm hoping NTSC because I live in Canada and my systems would run in NTSC.

And: How is the on-air HD reception? Is the picture quality good? What channels do you get?
