Sager tech support is kinda ****ty... i couldn't understand the guy at all and it didn't seem like he knew what i was talking about half the time.

Which reseller did you buy from? I would try talking to them rather than Sager.

i got it from xotic and they replied to my support ticket with the sager tech support number. i'll give them a call tho.
I just called them, they told me to call sager -
It may be tough for xotic or whomever to help you on their end right now since they haven't got any of the post production models themselves. Hopefully they have an inside source at Sager to call if you can't get anywhere with them.

flippoet, since it'll probably be about ur upper buttons issue: i'm receiving mine tommorrow or the day after, and will try finding out how to get them to work
at least they are real buttons, enabling wow audio and such -
I'm going to assume he just called to ask about the buttons up top, only thing I could think of unless something more serious just happened.

yea just the buttons at the top. its bugging me to all hell!! the guy said somethign about sidewalker but i can't get it to install
