I sent my 8690 to Sager for NVIDIA-to-ATI GPU swap about a week ago. I should ave known something was amiss when it as 4 days and the status is stuck to, "Billing Information Received".
I've contacted Sager and UPS. Basically, Sager says they sent the package. UPS says that although they acknowledge that it should have shipped yesterday, they (UPS) have no idea where the package is, since someone neglected to input the pick-up information into the UPS system.
Fast forward to today. UPS says they never received the package and Sager tells me to wait one more day, then they will file a lost package claim to UPS.
What really irks me the most is that I paid $94 for two day delivery. Now no one seems to know where the package is.
Also, I don't know how long the claim process is (will update this post later)

Dam man !! sorry to hear it Sager emailed me last night saying they wanted my password to install drivers, so im guessing they have or will ship it back today or tomorrow, so im hoping I will have it returned to me by this time next week
