Can someone give their expericence with sager support?

We are thinking about buying several laptops here at work but have always used Dell mainly for their onsite support. Can anyone give me an opinion or review of Sager's repair pipeline? good? fast?

With the nature of our business we cannot be without our notebooks for an extended period.

true, but if you check reseller ratings, you'd see that sager has one of the worst in the business

    Read the Clevo Guide please.

It will open your eyes about this.

The easiest thing to say is:

Buy your Sager notebook from their resellers (Powernotebooks, XoticPC, PCTorque, etc..), not from Sager directly... because they may be a good distributor of the hardware, but sub-par for service. So their resellers have extremely better service and support.

Well, the warranty that's coming with the np2090 is going to be from sager I think.

The warranty (usually for hardware repairs or swaps) are from Sager, but if you get the notebook from one of the resellers of Sager, then you deal with them first for support and questions.. which is much better.

Might as well shell out ~$50 more for a customized IFL90 from xoticpc or powernotebooks then...
