Your expectations notwithstanding, this is precisely how it works, at least in the computer industry. Further, comparing the purchase of a Ferrari (or any other car, for that matter) to purchasing a computer using recently-developed technology is inapt because, quite frankly, notwithstanding the glamour, a Ferrari is decidedly ancient technology, not something that was just released for retail sale within the previous year. If you want to make that sort of comparison, then you're going to have to compare your expectations to what you would have expected had you been ordering a model T from Henry Ford hisself back in 1908.

Second, if you think I'm a "fanatic" then you really haven't noticed much of anything, including my various critiques of Clevo's failure to properly (in my view) handle the problem of the initial inability of the D90xC to support the 8800Ms in SLi.

Third, freedoms go both ways, buster. Everyone here, including you, is free to express him/herself however he/she chooses (subject to rules on profanity, abuse and harassment, of course); however, that freedom does not immunize anyone from criticism regarding the way that they've expressed themselves, either procedurally or substantively. To put it in a nutshell, if some poster (not yourself, of course) expresses themselves childishly, then they have no reason to expect that they will not be called childish for such expression.

Sir, I dont want to argue with u because its pointless. I m not acting childishly by being disappointed and angry at a company. You are acting childishly by telling me pretty much to shut up and be someones b**** for $4500. + U ve obviously are not very well in touch with car technology because a Ferrari 599GTB Fiorano is one the most advanced cars in the world and it uses space type materials and electronic to make this 2ton thing go from 0-60 in 3.5sec. + It has 5 way traction control that pretty much drives for you in any condition on the road.

The point is, doesnt matter what I buy, I excpect it to be on time and to be pretty much what I ve paid for. I can care about the company that is selling me the machine but I dont need to. Its as u ve stated - business. They wont my money, then the need to start treating me not like I m their b**** but like a customer ;) They fail to do that, no hard feelings, I go somewhere else but I have a right to be disappointed and share that thought with others.

Wow ... I am really impressed by "Sager" to go thru all this trouble of testing and making sure everything works before they send out the units.

Also, THANKS to you Paladin ... for keeping everyone informed of what is happening.

Makes me feel even more secured to buy another Sager ... but of course from PNB.

    G! :)
