    That looks like its a SATA to IDE, you want just a regular SATA to SATA. They are pretty universal, just get the 12.7mm. You then take the bezel off your optical drive and put it on the caddy.

    You're welcome. Do be careful not to break the plastic when taking the bezel off the optical drive to put on the caddy.

    Yes, this should be stressed. The faceplate has clips that are a bit flimsy, so when you replace it, just proceed with caution. :) They're not very difficult to remove, at least.
