If it is possible, how could I have my NP9262 settings setup so that I can use two different types of video cards that I have but not SLI (since they are different types of cards)? I have a quadro fx 3700m, quadro fx 2700m and a GeForce 9800m GT. I would like to bake my 9800m GT and somehow instruct my PC to only use this card for gaming.

not sure if this is possible, but why not just flash your fx 3700m as a 285m?

It is possible. All you have to do is install the main gaming card into the first slot (master slot--far left side when machine is open) and then install the second card to the right of it. No SLI bridge connecting the cards means that they will operate independently; the master slot will be your main graphics card. You can then tell the drivers to use the spare card for all CUDA/PhysX functions.
