What are the pros and cons of going with a reseller over ordering directly for Sager?

Most resellers offer 24/7 technical support and other services that Sager and other OEMs do not offer directly.

    I went with XoticPC.
because i didnt a Excel comparision of the same system and what each company and reseller offered.

xotic and Powernotebooks had the same price but xotic won on the warranty.

both though have very good reps and are very active here.

dont think you can go wrong with either.

What made up my mind about this question was this forum. Who do you usually find on this forum? SAGER or the resellers?

People like Justin, Paladin44, etc keep us up to date. They take time out of their day to answer our questions. That is customer service. This is why I went with a reseller.

This is not something you could "measure". It was a quality I liked.

To me they have to provide customer service. That's how you get customers. If you don't help the people(customers) then The mighty dollar will go to someone else. Anyways Reseller will provide extra service that sager will not provide. For me save some tax. money since sager is located here in California.
