they are fine. I have heard much much much much more problems about dell.

go over to notebookforums and see people getting their laptops returned with holes in them and always from dell-return depot.

    scratched to crap.

Quantify "a lot of posts" - I don't need all of my fingers to count the number of discrete posts I've seen.

Sager ir about the best bang for buck gaming laptop you can buy, without sacrficing build quality and service. Go to resellersratings.com and search Xotic PC and pwer notebooks. Both have unrivaled service.

They are just ODMs for Clevo, a tiawan based company who makes high quality gaming laptops. Look at the Clevo FAQ

Because everytime you ask what laptop you should get, you're the same individual with the same budget and needs/wants. And the Sager turns out to be the best choice for you! :)

    ^^^ And that's why! :D

I have to say out of all the laptops I have used over the years (even though I only owned one myself an Acer) this is the most solid machine

way better than my sons 17" compal
and my other sons 15" msi

only notebooks that are really this sturdy are the big Dell's and Toshibas

Sony do some good machines however you really do pay a premium for their high end kit , and their budget machines are a joke

next you come to spec, this is where if you shop around the Clevo/Sager cant really be beaten

I had ordered an Alienware but that company treats its customers like dvidendless investors.........they had my money for a month, before telling me it would be another month, thats £1500 accruing interest on my credit card with nothing to show for it.......they are hoping to start shipping next week, but even the remaining customers dont quite beleive that!

and of course dell own alienware, and there is a whole separate dell forum (never mind just threads) about dell deliveries!

so if you are into gaming, and want a desktop replacement then clevo will serve you well

Sager isnt always the best choice for everyone, and the looks of it his budget is around 1500, I would say probably check elsewhere or post in the what notebook should i buy thread.
