they left my fingerprint sensor wire disconnected or broken.
I've tried reinstalling drivers from the sager website (Suite Protector included) and the program doesn't detect the fingerprint detector. It was like this after I received my laptop. They must have forgotten to plug it back in or they broke it... My warranty is over now so I can't send it back in.
Anyone have any instructions or help to fix this problem?

the drivers have to be installed in a certain order so this could be why it wont load.
have you got your drivers disk as it will show you which order to load them on there. -
I did a fresh install of windows and it still doesn't detect my sensor. The driver disk has the same drivers from the sager website. But I will try it once I return home.

I recommend you to contact Sager again. If the cable is broken, you need to open the whole notebook to change the cable. It is a very difficult job.
