Hi, if you get a sager from a reseller do you have to go through them for warranty service or can you go through sager themselves?

Generally you will want to reach out to your reseller. The warranty is offered through Sager, but they would be the ones to do tech support to try to troubleshoot or possibly set up an RMA for it, since your purchased it from them directly.

Realistically you could go through either, while i would always recommend talking to your reseller first just to make sure, hopefully that's one of the reasons you purchased from them.. If that's not an option i'm sure sager would be happy to help as that's
