Regardless if you buy a Sager Branded Clevo laptop from Sager directly or through a reseller, it will have Sager's warranty. However, if you purchase through a reseller - you can get 24/7 support and extended labor warranties - so, it's better to go through a reseller.

I'm not sure what you mean - is what worth it? If you purchase from a reseller, you will likely pay less and get a longer labor warranty and better customer support - in addition to the regular Sager warranty.

When you checkout Sagers on XoticPC's pages, they have "Sager 2 year parts/labour" or "XoticPC 2 year parts/labour" etc. I think he's asking about that himself, because their prices are different. If that's the case, we'd need someone who's either bought (and used) both, or an XoticPC rep who can list the differences and why someone would opt for one or the other.
