    Hi,

I have a Clevo Schenker N170RD that’s powering on, but I just get two LED’s and no display. I suspect its stuck in a low power state, which I've had before on other laptops. To resolve this, I would normally take out the AC mains power and battery, then hold down the power button for 30 seconds, but this laptop has an internal, non-removable battery. I don't want to take the bottom cover off to pull the battery out, if possible.

Does anybody know if there is a button combination that can be held down to hard reset the device (like on various HP non-removable battery models), please?

    Thanks!

Just remove the CMOS battery cable under the keyboard and you are good to go...
